Data from the Taiwanese Bureau of Energy, Ministry of Economic Affairs show: the average solar water heater user can save about 17 barrels of 20kg household gas each year, which can reduce about 1,260 kilograms of CO2 emissions annually.
The annual carbon adsorption of Taipei Daan Forest Park = 389 tons.
According to the calculation formula of the Taiwanese Bureau of Energy, in average one hectare of forest in Taiwan can absorb 20.2 tons of CO2 every year.
